Dom hears about the plans to close 120 hospital beds at Southlands Hospital in West Sussex. Under the scheme Southlands Hospital would lose all of its in-patient services, plus some stroke and elderly care. Meanwhile, 60 new beds and operating theatres are to be opened in Worthing.
Rock guitarist Gary Moore, who lived in Hove, died on Sunday in Spain. Dominic King remembers him and his music with Scott McGill from the Brighton Institute of Modern Music (BIMM) and a former student at BIMM, Ben Poole, who played with Gary Moore.
