David Cameron is today outlining plans to modernise Britain's public services, especially the NHS. It looks likely that GPs will have much more power in future, something that some doctors and the BMA are unhappy about. What would you do to modernise the NHS? Are such big changes really necessary?

Plus, tonight's Panorama programme looks at the role of dads in families and asks why so few fathers are actively involved in the raising of their children. How important was/is your dad in your life? What do you make of the government's idea of splitting maternity leave between parents?
