Joe looks ahead to the release of the latest school league tables for Northamptonshire, for Key Stages four and five - That's GCSE and A Level rankings for 2010.

Last year, less than half the GCSE pupils in Northamptonshire achieved the traditional benchmark figure of five grades A to C, including English and Maths.

麻豆社 Radio Northampton understands there will be an improvement in that figure.

But there's also a new performance measure being introduced - which is causing some controversy - the English Baccalaureate, or Ebac - grades schools by the number of pupils achieving five grades A* to C in English, maths, two sciences, history or geography and a language.
