Jim McDowell describes how Irish Chieftain, Hugh O鈥橬eill essentially wanted to rule Ulster himself.
He formed an alliance with the Spanish to try to defeat the English in 1601.
We learn how O鈥橬eill was forced to surrender to the English - but despite being guilty of treason, his lands were granted back to him.
