Parking tickets and university education

What have you had a parking ticket for? And, is a university education value for money?

Britain's most senior parking official says councils are being unfair to drivers and that they should exercise more common sense when handing out tickets/fines.

She suggests motorists who are given tickets for petty offences should be let off if they appeal. What have you had a ticket for? Have you ever appealed?

Plus, graduates face paying a "real" rate of interest on their student loans... a review of university funding is expected to recommend there being no upper limit on tuition fees so universities can set their own prices.

Who paid for your university education? How are you going to afford your children's education? Is university education value for money?
