Phobias & NHS

What are your phobias? Also, what you think of having to call 111 for non-emergencies?

On breakfast, you heard the story of the lady who's having to have therapy to cure her phobia of spiders; Fran Dando is in the papers today with her phobia of bananas....what's your phobia? How do you deal with it? Ever been cured of a phobia? Plus, can you come up with a better name than bananaphobia?!
Also today, trials are being carried out in the North east (to be followed by Nottingham later this year) of a new number to call for non-emergency medical questions/problems - 111. What do you think of this idea? What's the point when we already have NHS Direct? What was your last experience of the NHS like?
