His Finest Hour

Professor Richard Holmes retraces Winston Churchill's steps to the East End streets he visited during the Blitz, and to his stately home where he wooed the American Ambassador.

Professor Richard Holmes retraces Churchill's steps to the East End streets he visited during the Blitz, and to the stately home where he wooed the American Ambassador as part of his strategy to draw the United States into the War.
