After ITV's HD gaffe over the weekend, where the England goal was missed due to "technical reasons", what else have you missed? Crucial fim endings? Sporting occasions? Theatre shows? Has this been your fault or someone else's? Why do the tallest people always chose the seat in front of mine?!
