Gavin Esler meets chef and restaurateur, Rick Stein. Best known for his love of seafood, Rick's early work focused on his life at The Seafood Restaurant in a fishing port in Cornwall in the Southwest of England. Since then he has written more than 20 books including an autobiography and made over 30 cookery programmes. We find out why as he writes in his autobiography he needs to "keep travelling to find those perfect dishes all over the world".
