In this first Talking Books cookery special, foodie Gavin Esler is in Cannes to interview Michelin star chef, Angela Hartnett MBE, about her life as a chef and her two cookery books that celebrate the recipes she loves. Angela's book Cucina pays tribute to her Italian roots and the training in home cooking she had from her Italian grandmother along with the experience of helping out in her family's fish and chip shop in the UK. Angela is currently working on a new cookery book based on the food she serves at home.
