Louka Katseli

HARDtalk meets Louka Katseli. The Greek Prime Minister started the year with an optimistic message: 2016 would be a year of "recovery and regrouping". Is the worst over for Greece?

Sarah Montague talks to Louka Katseli, former minister and chair of the National Bank of Greece. The Greek Prime Minister started the year with an optimistic message: 2016 would be a year of "recovery and regrouping" and the "tough period of crisis" for the country was over. So is the Prime Minister right - is the worst over for Greece?
