More delicious recipes from Nisha Katona, Ben Tish, James Cochran and Anna Haugh. And Rick Stein, Rob Rinder and Monica Galetti, and the Hairy Bikers explore the culinary food scene across the globe.
Nisha Katona serves up her brilliant butter paneer curry, and Ben Tish has a pasta al forno loaded with mushrooms, chestnuts, burrata and truffle.
Great British Menu winner James Cochran spices things up with his jerk shoulder of goat, which he serves up with burnt pineapple, burnt chillies and burnt peppers. And Anna Haugh has a winning weekday dinner that is not only tasty but has a fun name too.
Finally, Anne-Marie tucks into either her food heaven, stuffed baby aubergine with peanut sauce and a crispy peanut topping, or her food hell, roasted beetroot with a beetroot puree and crispy tofu.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein is exploring India, Rob Rinder and Monica Galetti are harvesting salt in Scotland, and the Hairy Bikers look to celebrate Burns' Night in Robert Burns鈥檚 own favourite pub.
