Pianist Susan Tomes shares some exciting news about her book 鈥榃omen and the Piano: A History in 50 Lives鈥�. Plus Jamie looks ahead to Burns Night with music from Nicola Benedetti and we hear from composer Graham Fitkin who introduces music from 鈥楿ist鈥� featuring new work based on old Gaelic songs and Highland tunes including a meditation on Red Red Rose performed on harp/electronics by FitkinWall. Plus music by Mozart performed by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and a touch of Verdi from the Choir & Chorus of the National Academy of Saint Cecilia.
