Ro-theasaich an à mhainn gu 220C no 200C Fan.
Geà rr gach pìos aran nan 4 triantain agus cuir air trèidhe bèiceireachd air a lìnigeadh. Sgaoil là n spà inn-bheag de dh’ola tiolaidh air gach triantan agus spreidhig le beagan ola.
Geà rr na muasgain-caola aiteamh gu mìn, no bleith ann an inneal-bleithidh. Thathar ag iarraidh pìosan mòra fhaicinn ann fhathast, gun e a bhith ro mhìn. Cuir ann am bobhla agus seà san leis an t-seà sanadh uinnein agus creamh, agus cuir am feuran ris. Seà san le salann agus measgaich a-steach beagan ola tiolaidh. Measgaich an sùgh liomaid troimhe.

Cuir an tost air muin na duilleagan rocaid agus gabh le na pìosan liomaid agus sabhs tiolaidh milis.
PRAWN TOAST
4 slices white bread
Spray olive oil
170g frozen king prawns, defrosted
5g fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice, plus wedges to serve
Chilli oil
Pinch of onion seasoning
Pinch of garlic seasoning
Rocket leaves to serve
Sweet chilli sauce to serve
Sprinkling of sesame seeds
Sea salt
Pre-heat the oven to 220C or 220C Fan
Slice each piece of bread into 4 triangles and place on a lined baking tray. Spread a teaspoon of chilli oil on each triangle then spray with a little oil.
Finely chop the defrosted prawns or blitz briefly in a food processor. You will still want visible chunks and not be completely smooth. Place in a bowl and season with onion and garlic seasoning and add the chopped chives. Season with salt and stir in a little chilli oil. stir through the lemon juice.
Use a spoon to thickly spread the prawn mix across the bread triangles. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and season with sea salt. Finally spray with a little oil, so that the sesame seeds will turn golden.
Place the triangles on a baking tray and bake for 8 – 10 minutes, until the edges of the toasts have browned and the prawn mixture is cooked through.
Place on a bed of rocket leaves and serve with lemon wedges and sweet chilli sauce.
