Continuing westward, Nick explores in a unique town with German heritage, a legacy of European settlers from centuries past. It's the birthplace of Azerbaijan's thriving wine industry and home to the country's only authentic German sausage. To conclude his journey, Nick meets a celebrated chef and social media star, committed to preserving and passing down his traditional recipes to the next generation.
