This week Cerys continues the autumnal theme and heads towards the mountains! With music from Seun Kuti, Buena Vista Social Club, Laurie Anderson, Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan.

Cerys chats to Kate Nicholson about her book Behind Everest which reveals more about Ruth Mallory, the woman behind George Mallory, one of the most famous names in mountaineering history.

DJ and psychotherapist Nemone Metaxas tells us about her event at this year's Kendal Mountain Festival Balance Between the Waves, an immersive three-part experience which explores the relationship between music and our nervous systems.

Corto.Alto’s Liam take us to the venue in Glasgow where he started playing before he was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and ahead of playing the iconic Barrowland Ballroom.
