It's very nearly Halloween and this is very nearly a Halloween special. Expect spooky psyche and eerie electronica, along with suitably chilling tracks by Nico, Goblin and Swans (as well as some tracks that break the mood entirely).
Plus the ominous electronica of the Stranger's 2008 release Bleaklow provides the featured album. The second release as the Stranger by musician Leyland Kirby (who also records as the Caretaker) it takes its inspiration from the haunted, desolate landscapes of the Lower Peaks where he grew up.
