Phil has been wondering what the rules are for hanging underwear on washing lines.

β€œI was chatting to all our ones in the office,” Phil says. He is sitting in for Sean Coyle this week. β€œAnd someone said, β€˜that’s a great drying day out there!’ The conversation about drying clothes went on a bit too long, if I’m honest. Someone said they hung their smalls out. Other people were too scared to put out their bloomers on the line. My Granda put a towel over his boxers to save his blushes!’
