Episode 4
Ronaldo is in Paisley, the capital has a new manager, and could football stadiums be improved with river rapids?
A View from the Terrace is up and running, and the panel is juicing all the goodness out of Scottish football.
We discuss if The YouTube is an illustrious enough home for our national team and underwhelming managerial appointments, and talk up a Highland lad who is banging goals in for fun. We ask what the point is of the under 21s, examine how you come back from an 8-0 drubbing, and have a wee lump in the throat as we see one of Scotland鈥檚 newest caps grab his moment on the biggest stage in front of his family.
We get the big bowl of balls out and use our mucky paws to pull out some big debating points for the future of our game, infinity pools on top of Easter Road and fact-checkers for managers in press conferences. Then we head to the internet to see what footballers do online when they are not playing. And what is the appropriate response for a grown man meeting a famous footballer?
We close the show by making some plans for the weekend鈥檚 football action. Is it a lot of smoked fish in Arbroath? Catching fish in Kelty or is it Sked? Joel Sked. And we combine James Bond with the biggest game of the season so far at Parkhead.
In the wee films, we meet one man who combines being a worldwide DJ with playing for his local amateur side, and head to a talent factory in Fife to see if Futsal could be the answer to finding the next Scottish football superstar.
