Cerys provides a slow paced eclectic mix as part of the Â鶹Éç's Mental Health Season and welcomes honey sommelier Marina Marchese and new 6 Music presenter Zakia Sewell to chat.

Marina joins to talk about her new book, World Atlas of Honey, which will be published October 15th on University California Press and takes readers through the global history of honey production from the earliest beekeepers to today's harvests.

Cerys also welcomes Zakia Sewell to speak about her new 6 Music show Dream Time, which airs every Sunday on 6 Music from 10pm and provides music to ease the mind and soothe the soul.

Then, she hears from songwriter and music producer, Adam Scrimshire on his new project Music For Autumn Lovers, which releases on 18th October via Alberts Favourites.
