Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen leads the search to find Northern Ireland鈥檚 House of the Year. The judges disagree when it comes to choosing between a Belfast barn-inspired structure with art at its heart, a colourful County Down town house situated by the sea and a modern family home built from a barn.

Expert judges Jane, James and Patricia are searching for a home which the owners have truly poured their heart and soul into creating. Which will they decide is worthy of a place in the final?
