Andrew McGregor and Lucy Parham introduce the concerto finals of the competition from St George's Hall, Bradford. A chance to hear all five pianists compete for the coveted First Prize, which includes worldwide management, a debut recording, international recitals and broadcasts, plus a prize pot of 拢30,000. Working alongside each of the competitors is the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra with conductor Domingo Hindoyan.
As well as complete performances of each of the concertos Andrew and Lucy also look back on the journey that brought each pianist to this stage in the competition and they allow listeners to hear the results and prize ceremony live from Bradford.
