A group of enthusiastic readers in Aberystwyth discuss 'Small Joys' by debut novelist Elvin James Mensah. Set in mid-noughties Britain, 'Small Joys' is a story about finding happiness in the most unexpected places. It follows the ordinary lives of five friends in their twenties as they negotiate love, friendship and minimum wage jobs.
