Cerys looks back on her favourite releases over the last six months, as part of 6 Music's New Music Fix, with tracks from Dana Gavanski, Rubel and CMAT. She also chats to Los Angeles musician and singer-songwriter, Louis Cole about his new album, nothing which comes on on 9th August via Brainfeeder.

Alongside this, she shares clips from the film, Mountain Queen: The Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa, which streams on Netflix from 31st July. The documentary explores the first Nepali woman to summit and descend Mount Everest.
