We're celebrating that quintessential of British genres, UKG and its offshoots. We're in the year 2004 and bedroom producers have all the technology at their disposal and are making waves. Many of them would frequent a nightclub called FWD, when I say 'many' I mean literally everyone who went on to become household names were at this nightclub anyone who made an impact on the scene came from this club. This mix is a selection of early beats made by the likes of Plastician, Wiley, Skepta, Scuba, Coki, Benga, Skream, Cotti, DJ Eastwood, Mark One and many more. All expertly mixed by 1Xtra's Sir Spyro.
