Kazeema, a hospital worker during the pandemic, tells us she agrees that the government failed to be well enough prepared. That's what a report has found - the first of it's kind. Her sister was a nurse too, who died with coronavirus in 2020, as the the inquiry also found the lack of appropriate planning caused more deaths than it should have.
