In this episode, Shahbaz is at a secret location to meet a man working to protect Scotland鈥檚 peregrine falcons from criminal gangs who sell them on the international black market.
Elsewhere, Dougie is in the far north western corner of mainland Scotland to lend a hand putting ewes and lambs out to the hill. He sees how a flock is guided across the Kyle of Durness at low tide to reach its pasture for the summer on Cape Wrath.
