Cerys turns down the tempo for Slow Sunday as our minds turn to wellbeing ahead of the 麻豆社's Mental Health Season. Expect music from Fleetwood Mac, Leonard Cohen, Flo Lines, Iron & Wine and Fergus McCreadie.

Alongside a curated selection of calming and eclectic music from across the world, Cerys welcomes British-American actress, comedian, writer, television personality, and mental health campaigner Ruby Wax for a chat about her book I'm Not As Well As I Thought I Was and upcoming tour.

She also hears from Christopher Childers, whose new anthology, Penguin Book of Greek and Latin Verse, explores lyric poetry composed between the early-agricultural 'song culture' of 800 BCE, a project that took 10 years to translate.
