Countryside parks up at Ballymena Library to record a special programme for Â鶹Éç Comes to Town.
Presenter, Nicola Weir, records a very special programme at Ballymena Library in the heart of the City of the Seven Towers as part of the Â鶹Éç Comes to Town series. Special guests are the Farmers’ Choir, former YFCU President Zita McNaugher, former President of the Ulster Farmers’ Union, Victor Chestnutt, renowned TV and radio chef, Jenny Bristow and Ballymena farmer, Michael Meharg, who is also the vice chair of the Nature Friendly Farming Network. She also visits Craig Holmes and Ruby Free, a young farming couple in Cullybackey, the Maine Soft Drinks factory in Ballymoney and stops off at Robin Cherry’s farm in Ballymena to find out how he started growing pak choi in County Antrim.
