The Isidore String Quartet at the Edinburgh International Festival

From the Edinburgh International Festival, the Isidore String Quartet perform music by Felix Mendelssohn and Billy Childs.

The young American Isidore String Quartet formed at the Julliard School in New York. Their performance recorded this year at the Queen's Hall includes a spirited work by Felix Mendelssohn, written the same year he got married and music written by Billy Childs in 2012, following his wife鈥檚 recovery from a serious illness.
