Celtic season of winter

The darker nights are well and truly upon us, and the increased hours of darkness can have a negative effect on some of us.

The Lynette Fay Show marks the official start of the Celtic season of Winter with some tips on how to embrace the increasing hours of darkness. Kari Liebowitz is a psychologist who has spent one year living 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle in Norway. She was so impressed by how the people there handled the months of constant darkness that she is determined to help others learn from their coping skills. She believes we all need to 鈥渉onour our natural rhythms鈥 and when the earth slows down in winter, we should too. She tells Lynette we need to harness our powers of intention.
