Modern praise music spans many genres, from rock and pop to rap and dance. In Joyful Noise programme, Ruth Dalzell celebrates the very best of modern praise music, alongside some well-known mainstream songs, that all come together to create half an hour of positive and uplifting music. As well as music from some of the best-known Christian artists, the programme will feature praise music that has a local connection to Northern Ireland through songwriting, musicians or singers.
In this episode there are tracks from Third Day, Hillsong Worship, City Alight and Northern Irish singers Nathan Jess and Lauren Martin.
