Cerys handpicks you an eclectic selection, and jazz pianist, composer and music producer Greg Foat chats to Cerys about this year's upcoming London Jazz Festival.

Cerys handpicks you an eclectic selection featuring music from across all genres from around the world. With music from Candi Staton, Cosmo Sheldrake and Meshell Ndegeocello.

This week her guest is jazz pianist, composer, collaborator and music producer Greg Foat, who has released not one, not two, but three albums in 2023. He chats to Cerys about his performance at November's London Jazz Festival with Gig Masin, as well as previewing some of the other acts he's excited to be on the line-up with. The festival will see performances from Mulatu Astatke, Sergio Mendes and Camilla George.

Plus over the course of the programme Cerys hears from; musicians Filkin's Drift about their sustainable tour walking between venues along the Welsh coast path, off grid musician Jono Heyes tells us about his beehive project in the Czech countryside, Jegor Jerohomovics shares insights into the Latvian music scene and there's archive from Dolly Parton
