This week Cerys chats to kora player Seckou Keita about his personal experience with the challenges and impact touring has on mental health.

Cerys hears from slow journalist Paul Salopek, who has been walking for ten years as he retraces the pathways of the first humans who migrated out of Africa in the Stone Age. The aim is a 24,000 mile journey from Africa to Patagonia. Paul has reached Shaanxi province in China.

Also, Cerys delves into the 麻豆社 Archive for the voices of Erland Cooper and Wim Hof.
