Cerys explores four part harmonies with a session from Welsh folk group Pedair and musician turned chef Denai Moore shares inspiration for vegan Jamaican cooking.

Pedair comprises of four of Wales' award-winning folk artists, Gwenan Gibbard, Gwyneth Glyn, Meinir Gwilym and Sian James. All artists in their own right together their collaboration brings to life traditional material with new arrangements on harps, piano and accordion. Pedair is the feminine form of 'pedwar' which means four in Welsh.

Denai Moore is a British-Jamaican musician turned chef. Her recipes honour her early upbringing in Jamaica whilst drawing on influences from her travels around the world and London's food scene. In 2017 she had a pop-up restaurant called Dee's Table and was nominated for the TBF awards in 2019. Her debut recipe book focuses on Jamaican flavours for plant based dishes from the ultimate Jamaican breakfast to adapting Oxtail Gravy with spring onion and roasted garlic mash.
