Children's author, poet, presenter and activist, Michael Rosen joins Cerys to discuss his new book, Getting Better. In Getting Better, Michael shares his story and the lessons he has learned through life's challenges.

For the first show in February, Cerys marks Imbolc, Pagan Spring, derived from an Irish word that was originally thought to mean 'in the belly' although many people translate it as 'ewe's milk', so expect music from Bob Dylan, Robert Johnson and Georgia Ruth. With new music from Jen Cloher, Surprise Chef, Yakul and Dana Gavanski.

Cerys also pays tribute to Barrett Strong, the Motown Trailblazer and hitmaker who passed away this week who co-wrote classics with Marvin Gaye, The Temptations and Edwin Starr.
