The Revd Naomi Starkey
A service led by the Revd Naomi Starkey, Ministry Area Leader Bro Padrig.
The evening edition of the programme includes My Favourite Hymn.
A service led by the Revd Naomi Starkey from the most northerly place of worship in Wales.
Llanbadrig Church is perched high up on the cliffs of north Anglesey and is named after St Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. It鈥檚 believed he founded the church on its present site during the fourth century, after surviving a shipwreck on the nearby island of Middle Mouse. After being trafficked into slavery as a teenager, Patrick had come to faith and realised he had a new mission - to share the good news of Jesus Christ far and wide. That message of Good News for all the earth is the theme of our service.
Bible readings are taken from Isaiah, chapter 11: 1-9 and chapter 55: 8-13.
Music includes "It came upon the midnight clear, a modern setting of Psalm 23 and "Go tell it on the mountain".
