Two of Northern Ireland's largest health unions have begun industrial action. Members of Nipsa and Unison are taking action just short of a strike.
Two of Northern Ireland's largest health unions have begun industrial action. Members of NIPSA and UNISON are taking the action, short of a strike, over staff shortages, travel reimbursement and pay. Staff will only work the exact hours and duties for which they are contracted. Meanwhile, dozens of people are attending a protest in Derry's Shantallow area against the threatened closure of a doctor's surgery there.
