Kat (daily screen time 8hrs 49 mins) was going out with Abbie (daily screen time 1 hr 26 mins) but their relationship ended because Kat spends too much time on her phone. She has to manage the breakup, so with the help of social media, and the PR team that live inside her head, she explains how she's going to emerge as the 'winner'.
Ensuring no listener is left behind by the indecipherable terminology and online etiquette of the under 30s, Kat is joined by extremely offline Alex MacQueen who will stop Kat and make her explain things like 'lovebombing' 'gaslighting' and the confusing TikTok algorithm
