Cerys speaks to linguist Professor Daniel Harbour about the ancient Egyptian language as this month marks the 100th anniversary of discovery of King Tutankhamun's tomb. Daniel explains how he thinks the ancient Egyptian language would have sounded, and how it translates to modern languages.

We hear from Texas musician Melissa Carper on her new album Ramblin' Soul, and folk singer Angeline Morrison tells us about the absence of black stories in folk music. Cerys pays tribute to Jimi Hendrix on the 80th anniversary of his birth and delves into the archive for the voice of guitarist Wilko Johnson, who died this week.
