Great music, chat and Blur鈥檚 Dave Rowntree

Dave Rowntree of Brit-pop band Blur joins Stuart to share his 'First, Last and Everything' and talk about his debut solo album 鈥楻adio Songs鈥�.

Today, Dave Rowntree of Blur joins Stuart to share his 'First, Last and Everything' - that鈥檚 the first record he owned, the most recent one he鈥檚 enjoyed and the record that means 鈥榚verything鈥� to him. As well as discussing his musical enthusiasms, he also talks about the recently announced Blur reunion gigs and his debut solo album 鈥楻adio Songs鈥�, which is out in January 2023.

Dave is best known as the drummer in Brit-pop band Blur, who formed in London in the late 80's. He has turned his hand to film and TV composing, working on the score for the 2018 Bros documentary 鈥楤ros: After the Screaming Stops鈥�, the 麻豆社 series 鈥楾he Capture鈥� and Netflix鈥檚 鈥楾he One鈥�. A man of many talents 鈥� he is also a computer animator, podcast host, pilot, solicitor and former Labour councillor.
