Remembering Dame Angela Lansbury

Elaine pays tribute to Broadway legend Dame Angela Lansbury, including recollections of going to her Los Angeles home in 2005 and spending a wonderful afternoon together.

Elaine pays tribute to the Broadway legend Dame Angela Lansbury who passed away this week. Dame Angela's illustrious career was one of the longest in the entertainment industry, and as well as being a Broadway leading lady, she was one of the last stars of the Golden Age of Hollywood cinema. Elaine was granted an audience with Dame Angela at her home in Los Angeles in 2005, so she recounts memories from a wonderful afternoon together, as well as meeting Dame Angela several years later in New York.
