Linton Stephens presents a selection of highlights from the 2022 Dartington Music Summer School and Festival, located in the heart of Devon within a few miles of the iconic moors. The popular Holberg Suite by Grieg begins the concert performed by the pianist Ivana Gavric, followed by Gemma Rosefield and Tim Horton presenting music by Cheryl Francres-Hoad and Ravel. The Magnard Ensemble jump into action with Poulenc鈥檚 lively and harmonically rich Sextet for piano and wind quintet, and the week鈥檚 series ends with what was a surprise for the audience at Dartington.
