Great Britain’s Tom Bosworth and Callum Wilkinson will be aiming to reach the podium in the men’s race walk – Wilkinson will be buoyed by his 10th-place finish at the recent Tokyo Olympics.

In the women’s cross-country mountain biking, the British boast the current world champion Evie Richards, but she’ll face stiff competition from the likes of Switzerland’s Jolanda Neff and defending European champion Pauline Ferrand-Prevot of France.
