Tanni Grey-Thompson continues her series reflecting on how disabled people are still years away from genuine equality in Wales and beyond.

In this episode she remembers early but very rare role models before reflecting on myths which still exist around disability with one of her life long friends.

Tanni chats to her husband Ian about the prejudices they faced when she was pregnant with her daughter 20 years ago before examining the problems faced on a daily basis by disabled people using public transport especially trains.

Among those contributing to the series - Falklands War survivor Simon Weston, Gill Morris, daughter of the late Labour MP and disabled rights campaigner Alf Morris, Paralympian John Harris, actor Christopher Douglas, profoundly deaf performer Jonny Cotsen, Welsh TV presenter Sue Kent and actor Sara Pickard who has Down's syndrome.
