Episode 20
Nigel Havers hosts as five dealers bid to buy items brought in by the public, including a pair of Triang pedal cars and a 1960s miner's rescue kit.
Nigel Havers welcomes five more sellers to the Bidding Room, where they try to sell items to professional dealers who are on the lookout for interesting pieces, with help from expert Simon Bower.
First through the doors is Martin, with a pair of classic toy cars that he hopes will speed towards a great sale. Pedal cars are right up Adi鈥檚 street, but can he fend off competition from fellow toy buyer Jo to drive them home?
Katherine is selling a curious artist-built chair. The pram frame and steam bent make it unique, but will it appeal to sculpture loving Jo?
Alex has inherited an aviation-themed item. The silver cigarette case has fascinating military links, but will the dealers get on board?
Next to face the dealers is Kevin, with an item he hopes might take their breath away. Identifying the 1960s miner's rescue kit has the dealers stumped, but someone has an idea for a new use. Will they bid high enough to walk away with it?
Last in is Paul, with an electric pen that he thinks will leave a mark on our bidders. Is he right?
Today's dealers are Ian, Adi, Melissa, Tash, Jo, JB and Sam.
