Recovering from knee surgery, Lee sits by the window day after day spying on his neighbours through a pair of binoculars.
Confined to a wheelchair, his right leg encased in plaster after knee surgery, Lee has too much time on his hands, which he uses to watch the world go by through a pair of high-powered binoculars. He soon realises that all is not well in his neighbour鈥檚 house opposite. In fact, he is quickly convinced that something despicable is going on.
