What happens when your name is wrong on new passport and, how a new platform developed at QUB is improving end of life care for people in care homes.

Jemma and Lolly got in touch as they were having trouble renewing their passports. Jemma got a new passport, but her name was spelled incorrectly and she didn鈥檛 know what to do. Lolly had been struggling for months to renew her British passport, and at one point thought she鈥檇 lose her Irish passport in the process.
