Welfare: Accessing the support you need
Additional support for people struggling with energy costs is announced, but how does it fit into the wider picture of social security?
People are still struggling to access the application process for the 拢100 Emergency Fuel payment, but this week the Communities Minister Deirdre Hargey announced an additional support package of 拢55million which would help 280,000 people. We discuss how this fits into the overall welfare package with Dr Ciara Fitzpatrick.
