Cerys curates an eclectic playlist to soundtrack your Sunday, with music which crosses genres and oceans.

This week Cerys speaks with author and writer Sophie Dahl. Sophie's new book The Worst Sleepover in the World is her sixth publication, and her second children's book following on from her best-seller Madame Badobedah.

As a writer Sophie has contributed to various publications, including Vogue, The New York Times Magazine, Harper's Bazaar, The Guardian, Conde Nast Traveller and writing a column for House and Garden magazine. Sophie is the granddaughter of Roald Dahl and she grew up with a strong love of books and stories.

Blur and Gorillaz frontman, musician and producer Damon Albarn is in session, performing tracks from his new solo album: The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows. He also discusses the importance of multiculturalism in his work and how the new album was inspired by the landscape of Iceland.
